The 4-Steps Taiwanese Skincare Routine

 

  1. Cleanse
  2. Tone
  3. Moisturize
  4. Sheet Mask

 

The Korean 10 steps skincare routine is such a blessing and my skin thank it. However, it can be a hassle applying so many skincare products every morning and night. The Taiwanese Skincare Routine is a routine that I have been researching and testing out myself. The routine consist of a cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and lastly the sheet mask. Honestly, the idea of sheet masks twice a day kind of sent me off. However, I still went ahead and gave it a try for a month.

So for a whole month, I used about 40 sheet masks. The only reason why I did not use 60 sheet masks in a month was that some days, I would only use one sheet mask.

 

The Morning Routine:

 

Cleanser: Shiseido Senka Perfect Whip Cleanser

Toner: Missha Time Revolution Toner

Moisturizer: A’pieu Madecassoside Cream

 

The Night Routine:

 

Cleanser: DHC Deep Cleansing Oil, Shiseido Senka Perfect Whip Cleansing Foam

Toner: Tony Moly Wonder Ceramide Mocchi Toner

Moisturizer: A’pieu Madecassoside Cream, Glow Recipe Watermelon Sleeping Pack

 

As for sheet masks, I used various kinds. Here’s a list of the ones I used:

  • My Scheming Six Essence Hyaluronic Acid Purifying Black Mask
  • Dr. Morita Hyaluronic Acid Moisture Essence Facial Mask
  • Dr. Morita Revitalizing Essence Facial Mask
  • Neogence Pomegranate Brightening Mask
  • Neogence Arbutin Brightening Mask
  • Lovemore Pearl Barley Milk Smoothing Sheet Mask
  • Lululun Deep Moisturizing Face Mask

 

Result: 

In result, I noticed that the sheet masks make up for essence, emulsion, serum, collagen, etc. My skin became brighter and has a glow after one month of using a sheet mask every day. I guess less is more in this situation. I hope whoever's reading this blog will take this in and try it out themselves.
